Events & Activities

We’re more than just great coffee. Round About is a welcoming space where people come together to connect, take part, and feel part of something.

We run regular events and activities - whether you want to meet new people, learn something new, or simply feel more connected to your neighbourhood — you’ll find a warm welcome here.

As one visitor says, “I’ve found a real sense of belonging here. As I live on my own it's a good way to socialise and getting out even if I don't want to go out. I've made some good friends at the activities, and we now meet up and do other things together. I like going to activities at the café mainly to chat to other people and have a laugh, if I learn something while I'm there then it's a bonus.”

Join SoCo Music Project for free music sessions that will help you find your voice and express yourself through music.

This is a very relaxed group singing different songs each week suggested by the group. We sing along to a backing track with words projected on to a wall. There’s time to chat and get to know each other and have a laugh too.

For ages 18 to the still young at heart, whether you're already a confident singer or are just looking to get started on your musical journey, come and join in the fun.
